Feeling unmotivated lately. I got into product management to build things that matter, but my company has started to treat us like a feature factory. No time for research, no thought to strategy, just pumping out whatever they think will look good in the next investor update. Is anyone else feeling like their PM work has lost meaning?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I got offer from Wells Fargo and Walmart. Fixed is pretty much the same but Walmart is giving stocks additionally.

I will be relocating out of state from NY to FL in December. My current role does not allow flexibility to work remote and our offices in FL have no tech roles for transfer. I have 5+ YOE as a product owner in M&E and looking to break into the Digital space as a PM. Anyone work with AI at a macro level? I am trying to understand how AI is consumed today within software? I would guess software companies use cloud providers AI solutions followed by open source and then maybe through smaller providers, proprietary AI and APIs. Anyone has deeper understanding of this?
