EY GDS: 27 LPA (fixed) (Pune or Bangalore)

I wish to have a Big4 brand on my resume, so inclined towards EY.
They wanted me to report to Kolkata for initial 6 months for 28.5L, but taking a cut compared to AXA & also moving so far to Kolkata made no sense.
For Pune, they can't match my highest offer and can only give 27LPA

Recently I got a offer letter from TCS, my concer is on creating UAN number.

When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.

So now my question if I don't want to give my uan number in tcs because if they see the details they are going to questioning on me..
