Fellow fishes
Got recently promoted to PC. Was told by "mentor" that I am being a bit "soft" with people (for example: I'm always helping people around me even when I just don't have time. And I am getting into a troubles because of my attitude) and I have to learn how to say "No" more often.
Any good reading about the topic? Heard good things about Radical Candor.

Hi all,

I'm currently working at Infosys as MSBI developer and looking for opportunity in any of Big 4. I noticed there is a job vacancy for the role I fit in PWC in Linkedin and here to check if anyone could help me with referral.

TIA.

Is a TRX sufficient for getting back into shape? I’ve definitely wasted these past two months but I probably won’t be going back to work until after July so I’ve got time to build a foundation once gyms open back up at a decent capacity

Attempting to transfer from a big 4 in Chicago to New York. Received my offer for New York and saw that the offer was lower than initial offer. Talked to recruiter and they didn’t budge on salary.

I have an offer with TCS with 19L package.
YOE is 11yrs (I know it's less for the YOE)
With my new offer, if I ask TCS to match the offer to 25L. Will they agree?
Anyone have such stories here ?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
