Find a job you love and work with people who treat each other with respect and you will stay at your jobs. Take it from a nurse with over 30 yrs experience. I love being a nurse, now mid-management, but I go home with so much more than $$. Hang in there all of you.

I understand what you mean. Sometimes you can have a job you love but work with a bunch of coasters and it makes the job very difficult. It is hard to find a job you love with good people.

I like that however I also love money because I need money to live. Pay the bills pay the mortgage have some fun here and there if there’s any left lol maybe save a little bit if there’s any left so unfortunately I have to go with the money is.

That’s the truth. I’d rather stay somewhere with decent people because doing this job around people you hate is no way to stay in this career.

I have been nursing for over 30 years and I have learned to get in where I fit in! I don’t do much complaining. My co workers and I take care of one another. A great team makes it all worthwhile. Management may never appreciate you get over it and understand that this is a servants job, if your heart isn’t in it I don’t know what to tell you!

Hello all, I work full time as an RN at the VA. I’ve been looking for a side hustle to do on my own time.
