I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?
