I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. All for sharing thinking w/ the team & I know we feel imposter syndrome to varying degrees, but I also feel like it’s good for planners to find their own voice/style/flow. Thoughts?

My current project winds up on 31st December 2022. If I resign by mid/end of this month(expecting a few offers), would CG persist with the 90 day notice period with me serving majority off those on the bench or would they consider releasing early once the client stops paying? #Capgemini #NoticePeriod

I’ve seen several cases this month where a another rep had the client take a hefty penalty to get out of a fixed annuity and transfer the assets to them. Does your firm have rules preventing that?

What's the difference between changeability and utilisation? How does it impact promotion, performance appraisal if you're on a non chargeable project that gives utilisation to the resource?

I currently work 2 full time jobs & a pt contractor for 2 years and I’m currently on the verge of burnout and confused on growth.

I’m professionally excelling in all work areas and have been promoted in all work areas at least once over the past 2 years.

The issue is I find myself as a director of marketing (I over see 8 offices & a team of 7), Sales Client Partner, and Manager Administrator of Web/App Development with no idea how to improve my salary/career growth.

It's been 2 months I have joined a new company. Here i'm unable to perform well all the time I feel insecure. As the technology is new to me and Due to more work pressure and strict project timeline i feel low and nervous all the time. i feel I'm dumb not able to solve simple problem. Also not getting the proper support from lead/manager, any task assigned to me, i had to do my own. Even if you ask for any help from any team members you need to ask lead before that. I keep hiring sales people who are super enthusiastic and overpromising on what they deliver. I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. We experienced sales people are asking for a base and commission but I’m scared that I’ll end up having a base and the same thing will end up happening. What am I doing wrong?
