Normally how long will they take to release offers letters after HR discussion?

We’re in such a vicious business. You give your heart & soul to an agency, a client, a brand. Then the wind changes & you’re laid off, reassigned, chewed up, spit out, on to the next. I’m tired.

It’s so slow right now, we all know things won’t pick up for a while. As a hustling workoholic this is the first time im looking at a longer dry spell (being realistic). Longtime freelancers how do you spend your downtime? Make the most of it aside from doomscrolling LinkedIn for job leads and sending cold emails?

Is 150 billable hours per month little/average/a lot?

What should be the ideal package for a PL/SQL developer having around 6 YOE?

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?

I have cleared all the technical rounds in HCL and now HR mailed me that they will call for further process.

What can I do to make this process faster

I cleared all my rounds for 2.2 level and shared all my documents on the link HR shared. It's been two weeks and the offer letter is not generated. The HR keeps telling me to wait until Friday and then postpones to next week. Can anyone help me understand this?

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?
