Follow the below steps to Get the increment statements for year 2026
1. Login to Success Factor
2. Go to HR Zone
3. Click on Document Center
4. Go to Overview Tab
5. Click on 3 Dots and select Create Document
6. Set date as July 31st Click on Proceed
7. Select Compensation Statement and click on Create
8. In compensation Statement Choice dropdown select competition statement and then click on Create.
9. Here you will get updated increment letter.

I got 50% hike in Infosys however in accenture, I got 20% mid year hike and 30% hike promise in Dec'22 to match Infosys. Should i stay in Accenture or move to Infy? which company is better?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
