For anyone who knows their way around a tailor (I aspire to be you but am still nervous!): I love the look of this dress but know I would need to get the top taken in a bit. Can a tailor do anything with faux leather (“Polyurethane-coated viscose” per the specs), or is it one of the materials that can’t be altered?

Per SHRM, I was just curious if any HR Professionals completely removed the following fields: social security number, recommend salary, graduation dates, military discharge info, race, maiden name like (Ms. Mrs. Ms), & criminal history questions.
