I meet few folks in office, they say we feel comfortable, we are hired from Campus, so we are privileged lot, we will not be able to find outside jobs as we never applied anywhere.
We lived an extended hostel life in campus had fun.. Now we don't wanna slog outside.. And the main reason, we don't have the required skills as we did mostly prod support work here..

These are the explanations given by my young friends..

See long term are from the legacy Syntel and Siemens Atos tenure.
They've seen all and are facing mid age crisis in IT.
As they've moved to DM, DD roles..
Also, long term employees don't have those niche skills, above all companies refrain from hiring after a certain age.

Hello, I'm a business analyst in retail banking domain, currently holding an offer at IBM, Virtusa and NTT DATA out of which the highest package is NTT DATA. Virtusa and IBM giving the same fixed component whereas in addition Virtusa provides 10% variable
