My go-to is a breezy dress with a blazer! Swing/shift dresses are great, and I also have a few midi dresses that worked really well. Get a few oversized blazers that you can rotate through.
This is what I did. Bought a few blazers one size up. At the time sheaths dresses were the thing so I had a few in ponte material. Stretched very far into pregnancy. Scarves help too but not as in style now
The pixie pant in maternity size from Old Navy really worked for me from second trimester on. They are a skinnier pant, so paired with a looser top and blazer or sweater. I also agree with the above poster about looser, less restrictive dresses. I also wore some ponchos and wraps that hid the belly with some stretchy work pants.
I opted to disclose my pregnancy when I couldn’t easily hide in a loose fitting dress (around 21 weeks). I rent work and non work clothes from Nuuly, trust me, you’ll appreciate the high waisted maternity pants eventually, this is my third pregnancy 😅
This is a good tip! I’m 17.5 weeks and I think my lil bump is noticeable but I don’t think my team will be able to tell just yet - they’ll probably chalk it up to me gaining weight 😅 I’m going to check out Nuuly!
Uniqlo makes great maternity pants! I wear a silk shirt on top.
