Non-big 4 here and we seem to have flexibility, though not sure that holds for long term.
Depends on where you are based. Would be good to have that for context. Within most European countries, it’s no problem, even a few non-EU countries are possible. That is when you are based in one and go to another. No clue what the rules are in the US
