I have been invited for an interview for a Senior Associate position at PWC AC's ethics and compliance department. I am currently a Senior(TL) at EY, will this position of a senior associate be a sort of demotion for my career?

I was promoted to manager in July 2020 (3,5 yr of experience). Currently preparing for YE but honestly, I couldn’t care less - what motivates one to push for SM promotion? Not my case atm, but wanted to hear what motivates ppl to keep going as I don’t feel like it’s worth it.

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities

I'm a senior in Big 4 AAS but looking to switch to a different AAS group because I'm tired of doing audit support... Would it look bad to go from one big 4 to a different advisory group after a year?

Anyone heard good things about CFGI? I’ve heard their comp structure is gimmicky with overtime pay. But if I could make the same base there as I do in big 4 with the chance of some overtime pay is it worth it to give it a shot?
