For those who applied for Cornell for October deadline, have you checked your application after it has been transferred to a new system a couple days ago?

I checked mine and it's missing all of my submitted attachments and some portions of the application (such as EC, Hobby sections etc.). And this is freaking me out.

Hello Amex Fishes, I have an offer from Amex. If I get a better offer from other companies, Can I re-negotiate here at Amex? ( I have received and accepted the OL, accepted LOI 2 weeks back, and BGV has also started)

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

Interviewing question: for anecdotal “tell me abt a time when..”, & similar questions - are you allowed to recycle stories from your undergrad years or do they only look for post grad/work stuff? Afraid some of the stories that sounded okay at undergrad recruiting might now come across as a bit “lightweight” in this context...like would they eye roll if we start talking about that one time we did a science competition sophomore year of college (even though it taught an important lesson)..etc.🤔
