Unless you are jumping jobs, there are industry standards. Most people do not see a raise annually in our industry. If you do, count yourself lucky. When you do get a raise it’s usually around the 5% mark unless a promo and then maybe you see 10% - all slightly higher if you are a low base or if company realized they were way off industry standard and did a reset.
Guessing somewhere 4-8% if past year or so. Prior to that, likely 10% . What did you get?
