Wao !! 2-3 months !!! People are getting all excited about AI and these clown paper pushers still take 3 months to fill in some paper work and mail it .
Just an fyi, not to be rude, but it isn’t paper pushing - the caseworkers are inputting variable data & making sure each case is legally compliant/accurate which then has to be signed by either the employee and/or employer & subsequently reviewed by an attorney to verify all the information & legal strategy is correct. saying it’s paper pushing diminishes the work. also casework’s are typically dealing with about 50+ cases at a time so they are not just working on one case to push it out in a day or two

Sorry I dont know the answer as I am in pre I-140 with them.
But I have a question for you: did you prepare your letters of experience from previous employers prior to the notice that your PERM was completed? Or did you wait for their notice?
Oh sorry I don’t know. My application didn’t require PERM..

4-5 weeks seems about right for Fragomen. They unfortunately have lenient SLAs with the companies contracting them. If they did concurrent 140/131/765/485 you're probably looking at 2-3 months. It's frustrating I know.
They’re a black box - feels like only they can contact me
