Our warehouse employees have this schedule. We asked if they wanted to stay five days a week or move to four 10-hour days, and they unanimously elected for 10-hour days. But it doesn't really make sense for a lot of our office based employees because of meetings and the need for them to be here during the standard business week.

Hands on Skills in COBOL,DB2,JCL,VSAM

I have been looking for job change and when I speak to HR's with the expectations of around 25 LPA fixed( my current salary is 15 LPA)... Most of the companies are directly rejecting my profile saying budget issue...

But is it really more that i am asking for or is it because of the my skill set?

my cousin is working as a design engineer(related to mechanical engineering). He is havjng 4+ YOE for the same role. He has done diploma in data science from IIIT-Banglore in UPGRAD.
