What are good plant protein brands in India?
Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

I’m in the Midwest and most times I work with clients in the coasts, Chicago and TX. But I can tell you I face more and more those “must be in NY” or “must be in LA” or “hybrid workplace. Must be in office twice/week.”
So, it certainly limits the gigs that are available to me.
More and more places want you "hybrid — in office" which makes things difficult. But it's those "must be talented and non-ugly" postings that affect my ability to book gigs more than anything else.
Don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re a lil talented. 🫶

I never tell them I left NYC, but still get booked for all remote jobs. That said, I wonder if I was actually there if somehow I would be attracting better projects and more work. Chicago is slow as hell, by the way.
I’m in SF and have been freelancing for a year and a half. Still haven’t gone into an office for a single day. Most are cool with remote but to be fair I’m not a creative so my deliverables require less face to face collab time. The only times I see public postings (which are usually a crapshoot anyway) for “must be in office” it’s usually in NYC or LA. Longer answer short: I think it could reduce the amount of work you do but probably only incrementally
No it doesn’t if you work remote.
CONT: Curious if anyone has moved from a big market to a smaller one and noticed it affected their remote bookings?
From an optics perspective, working fully remote, does it affect bookings? And, rates.
I think it depends on your relationships with past agencies. They might not care where you’re based. But, if you are soliciting for new opportunities, I think it could affect your chances of getting gigs. As mentioned here, some agencies require hybrid on-site.
