When you struggle to focus, procrastinate, or start important tasks, how do you know whether it's procrastination, burnout, anxiety, ADHD or just being human? For those who have ADHD, was it self-diagnosed at first or professionally diagnosed? And another thing I've been wondering... Do we sometimes rush to label every struggle or do labels actually help people understand themselves better?
