It’s almost as easy as saving 15% by switching to GEICO.
Especially in advertising, it Is far more debilitating to be surrounded by groupthink. Working from home affords a level of intellectual freedom, as well as the ability to separate from those who otherwise drag down the team with their lack of innovation or bad ideas.
It’s called being a responsible adult.

I've never worked fully remotely before, but if I ever start feeling FOMO, I'd probably go to a café and work there just for a change of scenery.
I’m the opposite. Can only think when I’m alone
then find a job that i in person. I love working from home, I am more efficient and don't get distracted wanting to chit chat with people.

Well I use the skills that I learned and sharpened while working in an office with mentors and helpful colleagues for a decade.

Get away from the keyboard. Start with a pad and paper. Go for walks. Trust your sense of what works.
Read a book. Take daily walks. Do the dishes. Go to a cafe. Better than staring at a wall in the office.
