Getting ready to have my third observation on Monday. I’m considering getting ahead of the game and putting some feelers out for after this year what to do. I never imagined leaving teaching but it’s weighed on me lately.

I tried new grade levels last year but with a new principal, behaviors were rampant. This year, I went to a new district so new school who also got a new principal (whom was never principal in our state prior), whom I am hearing is trying to get rid of all “new teachers”.

It’s 3 in the morning and I’ve been awake for an hour. Good times.

Hello everyone I live in Chicago. I have been teaching Preschool for over 15 years. I have a Bachelor’s in ECE, credential 5 with gateway. Now I work as a kindergarten Specialist. I wanted to relocate to some place warm, that has no problem with paying their staff. I am well rounded and have a lot of knowledge and experience. Any tips or suggestions.
