My former company is being acquired and is making me rollover my Roth 401K to my new company’s 401K or to an IRA. Any advice?
When considering leaving a firm because of its negative impact on your mental health, how long did you wait before leaving? Follow up question: when interviewing at new places, how do you professionally explain you left because of how badly it was affecting your mental health without bad mouthing the firm?
Mentally done with COVID. I’m fully vaxxed and will happily wear masks anywhere (hey saves lipsticks and sunscreen), but if we have to shut down again I’m going mad
Anyone else out there concerned that the market is going to go bear and we’ll be back to the days of endless layoffs and starving for projects?
What monitor would you recommend for WFH situation assuming a IB/fund role? Know there is disagreement whether one wider monitor is better than dual smaller ones so would love to hear both perspectives. Some wider ones that have been recommended to me were Dell Ultrasharp 34 curved USB-C and Samsung Ultrawide 34

What are the top 5-6 roles at Infosys (title wise). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also is it a good place to work in NYC relative to the big 4?
So i primarily come from a tech background (did CS in undergrad and currently 2.5 YOE in digital transformations at B4). Gonna be starting b-school soon and found out that most associates go through case interviews that cover all topics, meaning i have to start learning other areas. I’ve never done case interviews before and have no clue where to get started 🙃...any tips for someone in my position? Helpful tips/resources? Thanks fam!
Is a stainless steel datejust with jubilee/fluted bezel too flashy to wear at client site? My client is an insurance company and we’re doing analytics strategy
Working as an audit staff in big 4 shared service centre. It's been 2 years. I really don't like what I do there, also it seems I won't like what I'll be doing there even after becoming senior. Thinking of leaving and joining industry once ACCA qualified. (One more paper left). But people around me discourage that growth potential and earnings in industry are way less compared to public accounting. I know that too but I still want to leave. I'd like to stick to core accounting. Thoughts pls
Does Deloitte’s 401k plan allow post tax contributions that can be use for mega back door roth?
One of my biggest pet peeves is when I see people referring to their kids as 30 months or 36 months. No, you're kid is 2.5 or 3. What are some of your biggest pet peeves?
I was an MBA intern and FT hire at Deloitte. Been here 3 years, been at M for the last year. I have seen others leave at this point in their careers and go direct to SM/director roles in industry, but as I start applying for jobs and have convos with recruiters, I have had more than one say that I’m light on YOE and that for that reason alone I am either not considered for a SM role or unlikely to have my salary expectations met. How can I combat/preempt this? Others clearly have.
Excited and nervous... I just accepted a role to be the first HR in a small multi state company. Any suggestions and advice from someone who has done this before?
