YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. The recruiter for freelance at Havas is the worst. She’ll email and ask for my availability then ghost. Also brought me in for an interview & didn’t even tell them I freelanced there before.

Scale of 1-10, how crazy is it to check-in email the CDs you interviewed with? Unless there’s been a terrible accident I’m pretty sure the recruiter is ghosting me. The not knowing is killing me!

Sadly a lot of recruiters are unemployed and being ghosted themselves.

Hopefully this pandemic will open the eyes of some on the practice of ghosting...
