Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. People don’t owe you a response. If they reach out to you that’s one thing, but no matter how much you harass someone, there’s no social contract that obligates them to get back to you. If you really want to get in as much as it seems, take the call.
6 months ago I sent a few LinkedIn messages (each a week apart), I sent 3-4 emails (a week apart), had someone internally send in my book, then hand wrote a letter and dropped it off at the front desk and got nothing in return.
Finally they replied the other day and I’m completely ignoring them. I feel liberated.
