I have an offer from Gartner for PPR team- Principal. Can anyone help me with the team feedback, annual hikes at Gartner. I heard culture and wlb is good, but hikes are lower than 10%. Is that true?

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. Had such a great interview with an agency this morning. Then I look at their Glassdoor and it's horrible reviews- like the opposite of what the recruiter and group account director told me.
