Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

I personally don't think there's anything wrong with sending a follow-up email after a week. While you may come off enthusiastic, that's better than complacent when you really want the opportunity.
If you haven't actually interacted with the recruiter and have already sent a message with no response, I'd say one follow up would be the most. Otherwise, you could start to come off as annoying.
I’ve heard you should make 10 attempts when you want something badly. I know it sounds crazy but persistence pays off. I wouldn’t contact the same person 10 times but try other avenues. Try to get on the phone to them or someone higher up. Do something creative by sending your CV into the office in a creative way.
Yes I always follow up after a week. Highly recommend it
