I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi fishes, My interview with Microsoft for SE2 was scheduled and cancelled a day before. Neither I received any email regarding cancellation nor the recruiter informed me. Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?

A lot of those comments can be old or left by sour people. Tbh I use this app as a way to find true insights about an agency, sometimes you get a lot of replies. If it helps, I’d post again asking “how’s xxx agency?” Hopefully you’ll get some bites!
Glassdoor is just one factor, and most people are angry. Definitely filter out the old stuff and try to focus on the people still there (leavers are more salty)

If it’s a large agency, it definitely depends on the team. My team operates totally different than the rest of the agency. But you can take each of the notes as consideration, a heads up that you might see it happen across the board

Is it a small or large agency? With smaller agencies I feel like some of those come from the agency getting their ducks in a row. Once they’ve been fleshed out I feel like it’s smoother sailing..but past employees could have been unhappy as they’ve worked through their issues.
It's a small agency- XenoPsi and they recently split into three separate companies that all have their own specialities.
I'm now wondering if they split up so that people wouldn't search the main company's Glassdoor lol
Ask about it head on and how they’re handing the issues. Will tell you about the integrity of the agency
Usually when reviews are that bad, it’s a sign. I overlooked reviews for a smaller agency owned by IPG and regret taking the offer.
