God, I hate job hunting. Every time I think I’ve nailed the interview process and will get the job, it doesn’t happen. For example, after FOUR rounds of interviews, for a job I would be perfect for, I was told I was the top choice for the position. However, it’s now been more than two weeks of radio silence. I’ve followed up twice, but still nothing. At what point do you just move on and accept you’ve been ghosted? Is sending one or two more emails desperate, or is it just persistence?

Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
