Hello, I recently moved to the Pennsylvania from Canada. I got my work permit last week and now on the job hunt. Housing first, case management, life coaching, program assistant experience. I would really appreciate any leads. I'm open to working remotely since I live in a small town.

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
