Which agencies have good strategic media relations departments? I want to move to an agency where PR is seen as strategic consultants not yes men. And I've been doing biotech media relations for almost 3 years and want to continue doing it since I have a science and engineering degree. But I'm open to tech, healthcare and sustainability PR too. Any suggestions on where to look next?

What’s a good LA or NY business litigation firm and salary to expect? I’m a 2yr with quite frankly a lot of experience across civ rights, PI, excessive force, wrongful death, employment defense, K dispute, corp. structure dispute, professional licensure. Write every kind of brief, appeals, argue motions, take depos. Am the only associate working directly under partner on all cases. In house or M&A/Real Estate Transactional are likely the end goal but want to get the litigation out of me first.

I've 2 offers, Please help me choose from following:

1) A large (15K employees) product based company with good culture.
22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

Both the companies are profitable.

All my six-figure salary consultant friends are ranting about how poor they feel right now because their IRAs/portfolios are down. Think the people in this industry need to take time to volunteer or engage with some tougher parts of town and understand that by virtue of even having investment accounts, that they’re more financially safe than at least 50% of America. Thoughts on the length of notice to give your judge that you’re leaving? Pertinent facts: I’ve been there a few years as the second clerk, and they would still have their head clerk and third clerk.

Ive been practicing in TX for 2-3 years at a big law firm doing mostly bankruptcy work (and some trial) and looking to clerk at a bankruptcy court in SDNY/DDE/EDVA (I am well aware of how great the SDTX judges are but I am set on leaving Texas). Anyone familiar with how many apps these judges normally get or what makes candidates stand out? Are these judges generally not interested in someone who has practiced in a different market?
