Rate my offer for a business valuations associate role at a boutique firm in Toronto:
- $90k + ~7.5% annual performance bonus
- $5k in clawback reimbursement
- will pay all professional fees throughout term of employment (CPA & CBV)

My background:
- SA1 in assurance
- Master of Accounting
- passed CFE, qualify in about half a year
- enrolled in CBV program of studies
- 24 yrs old

I've worked at a lot of different size firms including a startup with a few attorneys and I was able to help with a lot of the ground work with getting the practice management system in place and still do some of that now at my current firm. Has anyone done this right out of law school? Any advice?

Just heard my H1B petition was approved. Visa will be valid starting Oct 1, 2021. I am also scheduled to get promoted in October (unsure of which date exactly).
