Feeling the same?

My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

Everyone is different. I consider myself a "people manager." I will always look at anyone who reports to me as a human and not a number. I understand life happens, and sometimes, you have to call in. Mental health is also very important to me, and my golden rule I share with everyone is NO ONE SUFFERS IN SILENCE. I don't care what it is, personal, work related, financial, etc. If you need to talk or need resources, you just let me know. No questions asked. I will do anything I can to help or resources to help you. I also do not have a "work personality" (nothing wrong with if you do). I am the same person at home as I am at work. I share my personal experiences with anyone who reports to me so they understand I am human, too. I do not lie or sugarcoat the truth when it comes to changes in worflows or policies. We are adults, and I am not going to treat anyone like a child. I have had a lot of employees tell me that I create a culture where they feel seen, heard, and included. There is no such thing as mistakes, only opportunities.
Congratulations on your new position! I wish you all the luck
I love Simon Sinek’s views of leadership— he has some great books to check out.
Congrats! Kim Scott Radical Candor
I found the Harvard free course exercising leadership:Foundational Principles very valuable. The instructor was Ronald heifetz which I also recommend his two books the principals of adaptive leadership and leadership on the line
