Anyone have a smart scale they like? I just got this Withings scale and it is all over the place with the body fat measurements. A good 8 points higher than the inbody at my gym. And also just swings like 3-4 points on its own. I’m fine if it’s off, but I want it to be consistent with itself so I can check my progress.

I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. This yr would be the first time im eligible to vote. The primary is coming up for my state. Im a bit confused as to what were voting for. Arent the candidates already determined? Is Joe Biden not the democratic nominee and the incumbent president would automatically default to being the other parties candidate as long as theyre eligible. What am i missing? I honestly struggle with the politics of Afghanistan. It does appear that after 20 years we leave and within months it goes back to very similar or on its way. It’s not the US job to be the world police we did try to build coalitions and fail at the end of the day unless we’re willing to keep troops there forever which most Americans don’t want to I am not sure what the right thing to do is. And I’m sick of criticism just for the sake of the president. I don’t think there’s a perfect solution
