I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Liquid iv
Rising Star
There’s also alternatives to this too but def +1
Boil water w some fennel , cardamom, grated ginger. Strain and Drink when lukewarm
Ultima or Lmnt electrolytes are my go-tos! Liquid IV and other popular ones usually have a ton of sugar…
I do my own nails so I can support my Evian habit of 3 litres a day.
I use Ultima replenisher. I really like the flavor and keeps the electrolyte balance
Oh nice, looks like quality ingredients list and I’ve never heard of these! Thanks!
I don’t like coconut water, but that would be one of your most natural alternatives
In addition to drinking water, I make a very large cup of green tea - 2 green tea bags + 1 mint tea bag. It is about 32 ounces.
I also aim for 100ish oz per day. I got a water bottle I like (no special features, it's just pretty so I like drinking from it). If I feel like something different, I'll drink unsweetened sparkling water (no flavor or naturally flavored).
I love nuun! I have done liquid iv in the past but it’s a little too sweet for me so I’ll do half a nuun in a 28oz simple modern water bottle & then repeat throughout the day. On days I’m super dehydrated I’ll do lemon water with pink sea salt, but nuun has been my fave
I have a 28 oz simple modern too, though I think anything that would keep my water cold would do. The big game changer for me was buying the straw flip top - I'm lazy and it was too much work to lift the full bottle. Now, I can leave it on the desk and just flip the straw up and I find that I'll drink water more continuously throughout the day.
Waterdrop. It’s kind of plain alone but I add a few drops of liquid stevia and it’s the most natural tasting additive I’ve found. Stur is another natural flavor additive and I do cold brew herbal teas when I’m bored. I also use Nuun on workout days and Ultima on rest days because of the sodium content.
I clearly will do anything possible to avoid drinking actual water.

Herbal teas, iced if you want. Hibiscus is a good one to do cold.
Instead of the chemical products, recommend you buy a huge water bottle. I have a half gallon (64oz) that's pretty and functional, and having that much water by my desk means fewer trips to the fridge downstairs = WAY more likely to drink water. Also, it has a straw which is totally essential for me, much quicker to take a sip than a bottle that needs to be tilted.
If there's a straw right in front of you and plenty of water in the bottle, you'll drink it. This got me from ~40oz/day to a gallon in one week.

Using a straw was a game changer for me!
Get 1-1.5L sized bottles, I drink those and it's helped me get back into the habit. Only need 2-3 for myself
I use iso protein drinks...they have higher acidity which makes them easier to drink.
I use those and a large bottle of fiji water to hit my 100 ounces per day goal
Wow! All of you are coming in so amazing with the clean products and tips! 👏🏻👏🏻 So glad I asked ❤️
