I use renpho

Couple of points:
1. All electrostatic impedance fat % measurements have a high degree of variability.
2. Your gym scale could be showing a different number because you've just been sweating.
Stick to using one scale consistently to track progress and measure your body fat at a consistent time of day in the same state (post bowel movements) for maximum accuracy. The most accurate measurement would be a dexascan or hydrostatic weighing for body fat

I use renpho as well. Same logic - if it's off I'll survive but I just needed a system that would be consistent so I can see trends over time. Mine was 30 or 40 bucks Canadian on Amazon. I've had it for 2+ years and its holding on strong.
I'm not sure if this is similar across other bioelectrical impedance scales, but I noticed mine is sensitive to location. If the scale shifts a bit in location I'll get a slightly different reading. Because of this I have it in a corner.
Would recommend overall!
I just tried it before/after shower and it had a 4 point swing. I wonder if it’s something about my feet being wet
Another vote for renpho
Renpho for sure - but in general don’t worry about the actual number it will always be inaccurate. Just see if you can track progress over time

I use Fit Index, it’s pretty consistent
I always do the inbody pre work out for that reason. It has the hand sensors and does the print out. Very official

I have the withings but don't pay any attention to fat number because it indeed swings. I just watch weight progression over time. And maybe far average over a week.

You won’t get an accurate body fat measurement on any smart scale. It will always be a very rough estimate. I’d take any measurement with a grain of salt. You’re better off using a measuring tape and see how it compares to the scale.

I used the renpho and Garmin scales and neither were very accurate. Both really just tracked BF% linear to my weight. Both scales ask your gender and activity level, which makes the results biased and can cause major swings, which shouldn't be the case if the scale was truly taking into account your own composition.
If your gym has the inBody scanner, no point in getting a smart scale at home.
