Got an offer from Concentrix which says social job title is Asst Manager Ops and job profile is Team leader Ops. It states I can use the social job title (Asst.Mgr) outside the company (like LinkedIn) and for all internal communications I should use Team lead in the signature. Can anyone explain this, why?
