Got an offer from HCL Senior Software Engineer -1. Interview was with a product team, on automation.

Had similar experience at Infosys — promised banking, got different project, hence switched in 6months

Anyone recently joined HCL QA? Did you land in the same team that interviewed you or get moved elsewhere?

Just want clarity before switching. Honest insights appreciated.

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

I used to hate growing up poor. Now I'm still poor but I've learned a lot of really practical things. I make most of my wooden furniture, know basic electrical and plumbing work, can cook and bake delicious food, can do most of the basics in car repairs, garden, and make a lot of my own clothes.
