Got an offer from XYZ Co. HR pressured me to join in 30 days. I said I'd try for early release but couldn't guarantee it. Oddly, the actual offer letter states a joining date 87 days out. When I asked HR, she said if I can't join in 30 days, I should revoke the offer from my end.
Why the massive gap between her verbal demands and the official letter? What should I do? Do I accept and stick to the 87-day legal date, or decline since I can't meet her 30-day verbal demand?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
