I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?

I received my pre-hire survey Oct 21(Fri) but my bank KYC is not verified yet. I just submitted my bank KYC in EPFO portal. Now my query is do I need to wait till my KYC is verified in EPF portal? Or can I submit the survey with attaching a note: As Submitted KYC and pending verification.
P. S: As there are Diwali holidays,I am worry about my KYC verification will get delayed. And could anyone tell within how manys days or any deadline to submit the Pre-hire Survey.
Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. No way, from one paralegal to another, DO NOT question or blame yourself. What they did was dead wrong and unprofessional, I might add, esp. via email where it could and did fall into the wrong hands. I think that this may be a blessing in disguise and that it is almost like poetic justice. Make them ashamed and embarassed and then start looking elsewhere for another job. If the comments were really eggregious, you may have the basis for a law suit (save that email). If it was just constructive, then take it onboard, but if it was anything trivial, screw them. Now, you've got the goods, keep documenting everything and you have the basis for a hostile work environment at the very least. Good luck to you. P.S. They don't deserve you.
Yeah…. Print that email out and start a file. I hope they feel embarrassed. I also wish you a speedy job hunt because you should totally leave and I hope the next attorney you work for isn’t a crappy person. I might even start to wonder if this is a hostile work environment 😉
Update on this- the attorney apologized but I’m still looking for more opportunities
As he or she should. He or she should feel stupid and embarrassed. A decent person would have spoken with you face-to-face about any work-related issues. Complaining via email just shows, he or she is a coward, and you shouldn't trust him or her going forward.
Oh my gosh that is awful. Is there an HR department you can go to and talk to them about it? I am so sorry that happened, I am sure that made you feel bad.

I agree with you, I would do the second choice, though it seems more reasonable, and you can always learn from the experience, but I wouldn't stay depending on what they said in the email.
Might as well find a new job for your own good.

Sometimes people can be cruel, disrespectful, and downright mean. Show them you are above that. That shows me that the attorney is a coward and not able direct talk. The attorney may have issues confronting the uncomfortable and would rather someone else do their bidding for them. You have options on how to handle this: 1. Confront the issue at hand face to face
2. Respond to all in the email (afterall, you were included on the email, right.) or
3. Leave it alone and pray for attorney.
4. Overwhelm the attorney with all the kindness you can pull out of you. This does NOT mean kiss their arse, be their doormat, or let them walk all over you. It just means soak that person in the kindness. And wait for it. It may take weeks or months but, eventually, they may start thinking what you are up to and maybe just maybe ask you about it. Then you can kindly, calmly, and gently remind them of the email and tell them I forgive you for what you said and I forgive not coming to me first as an mature adult such as yourself should have. Then turn and walk away and leave it at that. Gives the accuser some curd to chew on and crow to swallow.
