Hi all, I have given interview for these three companies Infosys, Cognizant and TCS and get a call that you are selected and send the documents with the form and wait for HR Round. But its been 25 days and there is no call from any one of them. Any idea why?

After clearing all TCS interview rounds for the BA profile. HR shared the CTC breakup last week, even after accepting the salary breakup, I have uploaded all documents to the TCSibegin portal and all documents showing are verified now. Valid is a screenshot as well taken by HR on 29th June. Now they are saying " Not able to get approval from management for your profile. Hence will have to drop for now. You can apply again after 3 Months".
