After clearing all TCS interview rounds for the BA profile. HR shared the CTC breakup last week, even after accepting the salary breakup, I have uploaded all documents to the TCSibegin portal and all documents showing are verified now. Valid is a screenshot as well taken by HR on 29th June. Now they are saying " Not able to get approval from management for your profile. Hence will have to drop for now. You can apply again after 3 Months".
What should I do?This kind of thing from TCS not accepted
