After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

May sound offbeat. Let’s make you God.
Sponsor some poor kids’ primary education which won’t cost you more than 5k per kid.
If you happen to see poor kids on signals etc, take them to a decent place for lunch.
Try to spot a family outside big hospitals(there are thousands), who need barely 2-3k for medicines for someone dear lying inside.
Trust me brother/sister, when you do either of this and leave, these folks would experience existence of god.
Congratulations on your first salary and good luck!😇
Thanks

At your age (assuming you're 22-23), keep 30% on basic needs, 15-20% on wants and remain 50% for investing.
1. Look if you can gift anything to your parents, if they need anything
2. Put some money for any good deeds. Not really for a donation, but maybe help someone who needs money for health treatment or study or food.
3. Start investing some amount.
4. If you still have some money then go for whatever you need. Again you need not WANT
