I got early release from my current org, actuall exit date is on july 4th and they deducted notice pay recovery amount as 57k from my salary. Can I ask deloitte usi hr to provide JB to compensate it?
Deloitte hr accepted for 90 days np as I'm currently in bench so I asked for early release.

Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY. They claim “that’s normal and at least we are on the negative of numbers”. I want to look elsewhere now. It’s terrible here.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ?
