Guys I had an interview scheduled with Accenture but no interviewer is joining the call, this has happened 2 times.

What to do I tried messaging the talent partner but he is also not responding, all I got the next day is a link to schedule an interview for new date.

Will the interview even happen and ca i apply for a different position now?

Hi Guys, I have an offer from Marlabs,Pune location( hybrid) and joining is in 4 days. Interview process with Mouser Electronics and E-zest is still in progress. Shall I accept the marlabs offer? I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Should I move to another firm and take the higher pay (20% more) and do more work I’d enjoy doing and have better growth and long term career potential, while sacrificing my current title (would have to step down from associate to analyst), WLB, and team chemistry?
