Guys, I m pleading for your thoughtful response.
Since 3 yrs I couldn’t move out due to 90 days NP. So i resigned without offer.
I now have 2 offers. 1 is just 32 lpa, 2nd is 40 lpa, i confirmd the 40 lpa company that will join. My lwd is still 10 days away. I am getting more calls and might get 45+ lpa. How do i make up my mind, not to deceive the 40 lpa company. HR’s do put in lot of efforts.

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.

Should I consider that I am not being selected?

Need some suggestions. I gave interview on Tuesday, will it be right to ask feedback tomorrow or should I wait till the end of week and then ask for feedback on Monday Morning. Today, I didn't got any response from them.

Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
