Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Project : No new projects in company. They have short term projects.( 1-2). Due to which people always feel insecure .Most of the big clients have already left CitiusTech and some move to support only.
Bench: Currently firing is happening in CitiusTech. Those who joined in october, November , December they have fired in February March .
As they don't have projects
Job Security; There is no job security. As currently the bench is empty and most of them are fired /layoff. ( Do check with CitiusTech employees who are in bench )
Management is unskilled and incompetenent and they have no idea about technology . They treat their employees as slave . Most of management level employee are working in this compmay from last more then 7 - 8 years . Due to this company is full of politics.
Most people are stuck they have 3 months notice period and every year they getting only 1%- 3% hike. And management get good hikes.
They do cost cutting always to remove first with mid level developers if getting high package also .
I suggest you to think multiple times and do proper research by talking to atleast 10-12 people( Of Experience level and Bench employees) And get idea of what is happeing in company from last three months. ( Check bench count and how much employees is fired , new joinee fired etc)

In simple word. 3rd class company....with No projects...no job security... reviews on Glassdoor are fake...

1. As another comment mentioned clients are leaving CT that's true.. my client is one of the big accounts in Citiustech. He's leaving some of this client projects ended in March some will be ended in coming months.
2. Job security is 0.. You'll be fired.
3. Management is shit, literal shit. They have been in Citiustech for many years. Mid level developers who joined will leave in 1 year.
4. Learning scope depends on project, My project it's good.
5. WLB depends on the project but additional work like QMS etc is shit... My project WLB is pathetic.
Don't join citiustech join another low pay job than CT.
