Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Not entirely true. If youre starting as SA youd be in an individual contributor role. But as you start gaining experience you would be leading few associates and also to handle a project. In order to get promoted to manager one needs to showcase their leadership skills when they are in SA position. This is from my personal experience. But i think this is true for lot of the teams and projects.
Even Manager 1 and 2 will work along with Associates and SA
So, it depends on your project dynamics . If you are senior or has more practical expertise then you will be the tech lead. If there is some one from senior associate 2 level there then he/she will be the tech lead

Bhai here SA is equivalent of Deloitte mid level Con. So a lot will depend on your project. If there are Associates and you are the only SA in India then automatically you will become their lead. Warna if you are working in verticals like mine jaha project team is usually 3-5 folks, you will end up being an IC working in tandem with your onshore SA counterpart or sharing the workload with your manager. Or if there are a couple of SA in India you all will work together in IC capacity with the one having more experience or clout acting as a POC.
Hi, I have an offer from PWC ac but in the offer letter it is mentioned senior associate. Not sure if it's SA1 or SA2. I have IT exp of 7 years and relevant almost 6 yrs.

Hey the concept of SA1 and SA2 has been retired. You will just be SA, even when it was applicable ot was more of an internal designation.
