Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech

Another Democrat myth busted! Remember democrats were saying this was the end of democracy, and SCOTUS wouldn’t rule against Trump. Just more Democrat fear mongering. Checks and balances are in place!
For like the fifth time no one said they uniformly favor Trump's agenda. But they are largely aligned with it and that is reflected in their interpretations, especially when there is room for interpretation.

Trump is going to be so mad when he wakes up in a few hours and sees the news.

Oh look! Trump made the stock market go up today. Way to go, Trump.
Curious what others think: what's the possibility that Trump and his executive branch position is to simply ignore the Supreme Court ruling? Just claim it's "wrong" and do nothing, creating a constitutional crisis? It isn't like Bondi and the DOJ are impartial, they are in Trump's pocket. Trump could assume the Republican Congress won't do anything, because they really have done very little to stop him, and his ego/influence over the Repub party probably convinces him and his inner circle that they would never impeach him. To me, given patterns already established, doesn't this feel more likely than him suddenly deciding to follow the law?
You are right, it is section 122. So much drama! It is exciting! Here is a great explanation and she is unbiased if you are interested…
