Has working in corrections changed your life?
I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

Isn't it wild how much anger people have in their hearts all the time? It makes me sad that they blow up on random people for no reason. I can only imagine how hard it must be for them to get through life always so angry. Good for you for not taking it personally!

Shheeeeesh. I'd be calling the other company to give them a heads up and ask for some sort of store discount for taking the brunt of that customers anger prior to them arriving at their store. That's a fair tradeoff.
