Seasonality - spring break/Easter/Masters Week means people are out. Also may be waiting on Q1 results before they finalize hiring.
OP- I waited 2 weeks before hearing back and getting an offer so it’s not unheard of. You can always email the recruiter to ask for an update.
I can understand you must be on pins and needles. It is not atypical for companies to take 2-3 weeks to get back - they may have other candidates in the pipeline, they might not have a structured review process or they might have a very structured process and the interviewers haven’t met yet (looking at you CapOne) or the recruiter is overwhelmed, etc. etc.
The best thing to do is to wait a week and drop a note to the recruiter on next steps and timeline. To create some urgency you could also say you have a competing offer and need to make a decision but that could also come back to bite you.
Good luck and fingers crossed for you 👍🏼 you got this!
